predestination

Predestination is the belief that God has already decided what will happen in our lives before we are even born. It is the idea that all decisions made by man were actually made by God and that we have no way of changing what will happen in our lives. The other part of predestination is that no matter what we do in our lives our afterlives will be determined without us being able to do anything about it.

Predestination is an interesting topic and I did not know that Protestant religion believed in this. The controversy within this topic is that it says that God knows everything that a person is going to do and he has planed out their life for them. This means that our life is ultimatly out of our hands. I believe in predestination because I think that God has a plan and he knows that is the best thing for us but gives us some some decisions to make for ourselves.

The idea of predestion is really interesting. The idea that your life will already be decided for you before your even born seems kind of crazy but makes sense if belive in these kind of ideas. It also has similiarties to other religions like the idea of reincarnation with Buddhism and Hinduism.
